Purposes and lawful basis of processing
We are collecting your data for the purpose of improving our service provisions as well as our customer satisfaction.
We have a lawful basis for processing under Art. 6 GDPR Lawfulness of Processing (1e) is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
As you have consented your information will be processed under Art. 6 GDPR Lawfulness of Processing (1a), the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes. By participating in this satisfaction survey you are providing your consent.
Our lawful basis for processing your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulations 2018, Article 6.1(a) Consent. Information will also be shared with internal staff members to ensure transparency within our service.
Who we will share your data with
We may share your anonymised feedback with our contracted landlords so we can discuss potential improvements to their standards of service delivery and accommodation. We will only share your personal data with a landlord if it is necessary to address a matter you have highlighted. It will be anonymised wherever possible.
We need to share personal data with our temporary accommodation and contract staff if they need to conduct an investigation. More serious issues may also be shared with a senior manager. We will gather together data from all responders to produce performance reports on landlord performance, for leadership. Please see list of those your information will be shared with:

How long we will hold your data (retention)
We will gather personal data together every three months and generate an anonymous report, to learn about landlord performance and improve standards. Then we will delete the personally identifiable data. The anonymised data may be kept for a maximum of 3 years.
