Our classes are specialised and tailored to pregnant women and postnatal women in our HQ studio in Brighton.
We also offer an all-round, fully accredited, antenatal education course to help couples prepare for birth.
Some of our teachers are doulas (birth supporters), hypno-birthers or massage therapists as well and offer these additional service
We also run women’s yoga classes.
