UFSC Sussex aims to bring fun and affordable martial arts and fitness to Brighton and Sussex. We have a primary focus on self-defence that really works which is built for everyone to build confidence and help keep people safe. At UFSC Sussex, we have a key interest in taking people vulnerable to discrimination and attack and teaching them effective self-defence in a friendly environment.
