The group is run by the Best Start Family Hubs and is for parents and carers of primary aged children.
This course helps separated parents effectively coparent their children by looking at ways to improve their communication, managing the strong emotions associated with separation and understand the situation from the child’s point of view. The course is designed for both parents to attend, but in different groups
The group takes place at the Best Start Family Hub Tarner, but parents can attend from any area of Brighton & Hove.
The sessions run from 10am to 12 midday.
