The group is run by the Best Start Family Hub.

You must attend the introductory session on 28 October September. If you miss the introductory session, you'll be referred to the next available session block.

The groups take place at Best Start Family Hub Tarner, but parents can attend from any area of Brighton & Hove.

The sessions run from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
