These roles will help the council make best use of its assets, generate capital receipts, and support wider transformation programmes across the organisation.

The Asset Disposals Team is being created within Strategic Property to deliver a planned programme of land and property disposals. The team will work closely with the Asset Strategy Programme and existing Estates colleagues to identify, manage and complete disposals that support the council’s priorities.
