Use this map to find out which Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging zone applies to a property.

About this map and how to use it

The zones are based on the council's CIL Charging Schedule and charging zone map.

  • Enter the full property address in the search box. 

  • Find the property on the map. 

  • Check the colour and pattern shown for the property. 

Charging zones 

  • Zone 1: Red with criss-cross lines 

  • Zone 2: Blue with dots 

  • Zone 3: Yellow with horizontal lines 

  • Not in a charging zone: Purple or no pattern 

If a property is not in a charging zone, CIL charges do not apply.
