You can use our online forms to report:

• a missed rubbish or recycling collection
• building work or advertising not complying with planning conditions
• fly tipping
• a faulty street light
• a new bin or recycling box
• street cleaning requirements
• a repair needed to the pavements or roads
• a dead animal 

Help accessing our services

If you don't have a computer or a smartphone, you can access our services on a public computer in libraries around Brighton & Hove.

You can also visit one of our Council Help Desks where you can get help, advice and information.
