What's happening now

Wates Residential were appointed as the contractor to build the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub project in January 2025.

Construction work began in May 2026 and the first homes are due to be completed in early 2028. 

Planning was agreed at the Planning Committee on 11 January 2023.
