Project timeline

All timings are approxiamte

The planning application was made in August 2025. A decision on whether to grant planning permission is expected early 2026.  

We will then work to procure a contractor to complete a detailed design, demolish the existing building, and build the flats. The contractor is not expected to take possession of the site until September 2026 at the earliest.
