Before you contact us, do you need to:

• report a missed bin collection - go to this page to find out when you should report a missed bin, box or caddy, when we catch up with collections and how to report a missed collection
• find out your next collection day - use this form to check when your next collection is due
• get a new or replacement bin or black box - use this form to order a new, replacement or different sized wheelie bin, black box, or food caddy.
• request an assisted collection if you need help putting your bins by the pavement - go to this page if you physically can't move your bins or boxes  - we may help you take your rubbish or recycling out

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 1:30pm. We’re closed on weekends and bank holidays.
