If you think there is a mistake on your bill

Contact the Council Tax team if you've checked your bill and think there's a mistake, such as:

• you've been billed for the wrong property
• the wrong people are named on the bill
• your payments are wrong

Make sure you include as much information as possible about why you think it's not right.
