Change your address 

If you change address, you should let us know immediately. You can do this through MyAccount. You’ll need to provide us with proof of your new address.

If you're moving out of your parking zone  

If you're moving to another parking zone, you may be able to swap these for your new zone. 

If you're moving to an area outside of controlled parking zones, you may be able to request a refund or exchange for your parking permit.

We'll only offer an exchange or refund on valid permits.
