- Standard emission vehicle: £150
- High emission vehicle: £262.50
Low emission
Low emission is defined as a vehicle (not a diesel vehicle) that produces 110g/km or less CO2 emissions.
Vehicles registered before March 2001 do not show CO2 emissions and therefore do not qualify for a discount.
Standard emission
Standard emission is defined as a petrol vehicle producing between 111g/km - 165g/km CO2 emissions or a diesel vehicle producing up to 165g/km CO2 emissions.
High emission
High emission is defined as any vehicle that produces 166g/km or more CO2 emissions.
