Doctors' bay parking permits terms and conditions

You must be able to prove you are a doctor at the surgery address on your application form.

If there is off-street parking available or allocated to you at the address on your application, you cannot apply for a doctor's bay parking permit.

You must hand your doctors' bay parking permit back to the surgery if you don't work for that surgery any more.

You cannot use your doctor's bay parking permit when you make routine home visits or use your vehicle for other non-emergency situations.
