Early Years Training on the Learning Zone

An overview of EALTS support and why supporting a child’s home language is so important. 

The 'Just Right' approach is a programme created by SEN specialist teachers and health professionals in Brighton & Hove to help children with a range of needs including autism.

This course is for staff new to early years or for those who may not have had safeguarding training for a while to keep up to date. 

The meetings will give participants regular opportunities to link up with colleagues from across the city and to stay connected with both local and national, ideas, projects and strategies related to aspects of SEND provision.

This course is designed for staff who are new to working with children and young people who have care or mobility needs or staff who are out of date with current best practice.

Advice and strategies for practitioners on supporting children new to English. 

Join us for our termly network meeting. An opportunity to hear about any updates to safeguarding practice and to network and share thoughts and ideas with other early years safeguarding leads. 

This is an opportunity for Early Years practitioners to receive up-to-date guidance and support in how to apply for an EHCNA.

This course is for SENDCo's in early years settings and nursery classes.
