Once you have registered for an account, you can select a car park season pass from the options on the homepage.
Select the season pass that you want to buy, then select a start date.
If your vehicle is parked in your chosen car park when you're buying the season pass, you'll need to pay for the current parking session and exit before the season pass will work.

If you select the reduced-cost season pass, we will ask you to provide supporting documents. A full list of the supporting documents we accept for a reduced-cost season pass, and more information about reduced-cost season passes, can be found in the terms and conditions.
After you have selected your season pass start date, you can select your season pass type from:
After you have selected the pass type you want, fill in the pass holder's details.
Enter your vehicle registration without any spaces, for example AA12BBB, in the box for ‘Your vehicle’s license plate’. You can only assign one vehicle registration number to each pass.
We'll send you a reminder email when your season pass is due to expire if you select the check box.
Once you have filled in all your details, you can pay at the bottom of the page.
Before we issue your season pass, you must pay in full. This is to prevent misuse of the season pass.
You cannot pay monthly or by direct debit.
Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.
