Report a lost or damaged barriered car park season pass

Lost or damaged season passes

You must tell us immediately if your season pass is lost, stolen or damaged. Send an email to the Transport Control Centre to ask for a replacement. 

You will need to pay a £10 fee to have your card replaced.
