How to book a collection

You can book a clinical waste collection using our online form below.

When you book a collection we'll pass your details to Medisort, our contractor. They will phone you back within 48 hours to arrange a collection day. 

Collections take place Monday to Wednesday, 7am to 2pm. 

You can use your own container for clinical waste. Medisort will replace your bags and sharps boxes at each collection. 

Medisort will give you a 5 litre replacement sharps box at your first collection. This means you'll need fewer collections.

What you'll need to complete this form

You'll need to give us your:

• name
• phone number 
• address

If you're filling in this form on behalf of someone else, you'll also need to give us the contact details and address of the person who needs their waste collecting.

There is an option on the form to add any details about your collection. This is not mandatory, and Medisort will discuss details with you when they call you to arrange your collection.
